Mission/Program Description:
TLC’S Mission is
to provide a supportive community that enables incarcerated women to
make a positive and productive transition into society.
Available
Assignments:
We are searching
for Ladies in the community who are willing to dedicate time to the
women at TLC and enrich their lives. This may be through our
mentoring program, offering to volunteer time in the facility ex.
craft night, singing, and any type of recreational activity.
Outside recreational activities are in need as well and by donating
4 hours a month or more you can participate in our program.
Volunteer
Requirements:
-
Volunteers must be female, 21 years of age or older,
be willing to make a positive difference in another’s life.

Willing to come to TLC, take the women into the
community or to socials. Maintain phone contact.
- Help the
residents develop social skills and encourage them to learn how to
create healthy relationships and good communication skills.
