Center for Independent Living

Mission/Program Description:

The mission of the Center for Independent Living of North Central PA (CILNCP) is to advance the rights of persons with disabilities through the elimination of barriers that people with disabilities experience. Community participation is an integral part of CILNCP’s activities.

Available Assignments:

Assignments vary from clerical and receptionist positions. With consumer consent, one could possible be able to go out with staff to appointments.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Submit application and be interviewed

• Sign confidentiality form

• Hours are flexible and as needed
