Children's
Development Center Speech-Language Therapy focuses on treating a variety of speech-language disorders including difficulty with speech-language delays (including Autism Spectrum Disorders), articulation (including apraxia) and hearing loss, as well as fluency disorders and voice disorders. Speech Therapy referrals are received from area families and physicians and community organizations. While the typical speech therapy session averages 30 minutes per week, those children with mild to severe speech delays frequently require several sessions per week. Speech therapy is also provided as a group activity for the children attending the Children’s Development Center’s preschool program. For more information:
